Truck and tractor pulling, also known as power pulling, is a motorsport competition that requires antiques or mods that is popular in the United States, Canada, Europe (especially the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and Germany), Australia, Brazil, and New Zealand. The tractors will pull a heavy pull (sledge) along an 11 meters wide (35 ft), 100 meters long (330 ft) track and the winner will be the tractor pulling the drag (sledge) furthest. This sport is known as the most powerful motor sport in the world thanks to the multi-engine modified tow tractors.
All tractors in their class pull a certain weight in the drag (sled). When a tractor reaches the end of the 100m track, it is called "full pull". When more than one tractor completes the course, more weight is added to the drag (sled) and competitors who exceed 91 meters (300 ft) compete in one pull; The winner is the person who can pull the drag (sledge) the farthest.
Drag (sled) is known as weight transfer pull (sled). This means that when pulled down from the track, weight (in conjunction with the gears, to the front axle (girl) wheels) is transferred over the rear axles and towards the front of the traction (sled). In front of the rear wheels there is a "pan" instead of the front wheels. It is essentially a sheet of metal, and as the weight moves towards it, the resistance between the pan and the floor increases. The farther the tractor pulls the slide (sled), the harder it gets
